Step 1: Post a Job or Search for Services
Quickly create a job listing or browse through available service providers by category.
Search and Browse: On our user-friendly landing page, you can easily find the service you need. Use the search bar for specific services like “painter” or explore various categories such as Construction, Maintenance, Cleaning, and Transport.
See Options: Clicking on a category will reveal further sub-options and a list of available service providers within that domain.
Step 2: Compare Offers & Chat
Receive proposals, view provider ratings and portfolios, and message directly through the platform.
View Profiles: Browse through the profiles of different contractors and freelancers. Each profile displays their name, profile picture, mission statement, and their portfolio, giving you a visual idea of their capabilities.
Review and Rate: Critically, you can see their ratings and read reviews from past clients, providing insight into their performance and quality of work. Some categories will also show an available price range to help with your decision.
Message Directly: Once you find a service provider that suits your needs, you can choose to send them a direct message on the platform to discuss the job details.
Post a job: Alternatively, use the “Post a job” option. Here, you can submit all the job details, requirements, and even attach pictures or documents if needed. The Service provider will then respond with an offer, which will allow you to choose the option that suits you the most.
Step 3: Accept Offer & Proceed
Choose a provider, confirm the terms, and let the job begin. You manage everything through your dashboard.
Accept Offer: Once both parties are in agreement and you’ve chosen your provider, simply click the “accept project” button within your chat window or quote submission.
Terms and Conditions: By accepting, both parties agree to specific terms and conditions
Step 4: Review the Service
Once the work is completed, rate your experience and help others find the best pros.
