How It Works - For Service Providers

Step 1: Register Your Services

Admin-Assisted Onboarding: Initially, our administration team will handle your registration and help with the creation of your detailed professional profile. This ensures quality control and helps you present your best foot forward.

Profile Management: Your profile will include your name, mission statement, description, list of services you provide and your portfolio.

Terms of Agreement: Upon registration, you will agree to our terms and conditions, which outline expectations and responsibilities.

Step 2: Access Job Listings

Dedicated Section: As a registered and accepted business or contractor, you will gain access to the “Available Jobs” section on the platform.

 Category-Specific Viewing: You can filter job listings by categories specific to the services you provide, ensuring you see relevant opportunities.

Step 3: Compare Offers & Chat

Client enquiry: clients can search for services and contact you directly to ask for a quote.

 Client-Posted Jobs: Clients can post jobs with full details, requirements, and optional attachments like pictures or documents. They may also specify a budget range or allow for “make an offer” proposals. View the available jobs, their details, required timeframes, and budget (if provided). You can then make a bid or offer on projects that interest you.

Seek More Information: If needed, you have the option to message the client directly from the job listing to ask for more details, and the client will be notified.

Direct Messages: Clients who find your profile may message you directly to inquire about your services. You will receive a notification.

Step 4: Accept Offer & Proceed

Choose a provider, confirm the terms, and let the job begin. You manage everything through your dashboard.

Acceptance: Once both you and the client agree on the terms of the job, accept the offer on the platform.

 Commission: For every job that goes through the platform and is accepted, a 5% commission will be owed. This helps us maintain and improve the platform.

Monitoring and Control: Every interaction on the platform is logged and stored, providing administration with full access to information. This allows us to monitor activities, maintain standards, and ensure transparency.

Quality Assurance: Our admin team has the ability to remove or block clients and providers who do not respect the platform’s guidelines, ensuring a trustworthy environment for all users.

Step 5: Review the Service

Once the work is completed, rate your experience and help others find the best pros.
